Students who are Fully Remote
Due to the high volume of technology help requests, students who are fully remote can receive assistance from the CCS technology department
STEP ONE:
- Visit the CCS Tech Support Page and browse to find information on common tech issues.
- If you could not find the answer to your problem, proceed to Step two
STEP TWO:
- Visit the CCS Tech Support Page click on the chat icon in the lower right corner
- Follow the directions below to chat with a technician at the county office for assistance.
STEP THREE:
- If, after chatting with the CCS technician , you are advised to turn in your Chromebook for repair, fill out the MMS Technology Help Ticket
- Your submitted form will be sent to the MMS Media Coordinator: Karen Harris
- You will be notified with instructions on how to troubleshoot your issue or you will be asked to bring in your device on one of your assigned school days.
- Please remember to be patient. Teachers will be understanding when tech issues arise. Filling out the form will be evidence of technology problems.
