Thank you for your interest in the MMS Cheerleading Program. We are looking forward to another great year of cheer here at MMS. Candidates must be a 7th or 8th grader for the 2024-2025 school year to participate in the upcoming tryouts. 

There will be a Cheer Information/Parent Meeting on Wednesday April 10th at 6pm in the MMS Cafeteria. This is for anyone interested in trying out; we will review expectations, the season, and tryouts. 

The tryout dates are: Saturday, May 4th: 9am-12pm, Monday, May 6th: 5:30-7:30pm, Tuesday, May 7th: 5:30-7:30pm, & Wednesday, May 8th: 5:30-7:30pm

Cross country is a team sport ran by individual runners competing for the best overall team time. Though it is an individual sport, we focus on team energy and working together. Encouraging each other and building one another up is a huge part of this team. Our focus is to grow together & better our individual times as well as our team times. When we work together we will always be more successful.  No running experience is necessary, we will build from current fitness levels.
